Why are my messages not being delivered?

Dialed operates on an A2P circuit. There are limitations to the content that is allowed to be sent. Your messages may not be delivered if they fall into a category that is restricted. You may also need to register your Dialed phone number with The Campaign Registry with your business information. (See A2P Business Registration)

If your account is found to be sending restricted content then you risk losing access to your account, and the phone number may be shut off. You will not be refunded your subscription for violating these restrictions or the Terms of Service.
